Subscriptions
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email, or by contacting our support team.
To prevent your next billing cycle from processing, the subscription must be cancelled before the next billing date, or you must contact us by email at least 3 days prior to the upcoming billing date.
If a cancellation request is made after the billing cycle has already processed, the order will proceed as scheduled and cannot be cancelled.
We enforce this policy in order to properly manage inventory batches, production allocation, and shipping logistics, ensuring that all customers receive their orders in a timely manner despite high demand.
Auto-Renewal
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their subscription period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
If you do not wish for your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the next billing cycle as described above.
