Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.


If your item arrives unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.


To request a return, contact us at support@linoshield.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • Products with broken seals

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

 


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to supplements that have been opened or unsealed for health and safety reasons.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
