Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high order volume or supplier/factory holiday closures, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated by email.


 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and local carrier performance.


United States / United Kingdom / Europe / Australia (typical):

 

  • 8–15 business days during normal demand

  • 10–20 business days during high demand periods

 

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, and peak periods.

Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.


Tracking may appear to “pause” for a few days while your package is:

 

  • In transit between facilities

  • Undergoing customs clearance

  • Waiting for handoff to the local delivery carrier


This is normal for international shipments, and tracking often updates in batches.

Customs & Local Carrier Delays

 

International orders may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally add a few extra days. This is outside of our control. Once cleared, the package is handed to the local carrier for final delivery.


Address Changes

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@linoshield.com. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders can only be cancelled before they ship.

If your order has already shipped, we can’t cancel it in transit. Once delivered, you can contact us for return/refund options in line with our Return Policy.
